Doula Complete Package:
Includes all of Doula Plus AND:
- 60 minute in person or virtual evaluation during pregnancy
- 6 months of a custom prenatal fitness + pelvic health program (instead of templated)
- In depth nutrition guidance throughout pregnancy + 3 months of postpartum
- Six 30 minute check in calls during pregnancy to review program + discuss birth prep
- Unlimited communication + support through the app
- 12 week custom postpartum recovery program (starting AFTER the 8 week templated program)
Cost: $3100 (basically 11 months of support!)

I generally support in person clients within a 30 minute radius of La Crosse, WI. If further travel is needed, visits may be held virtually and travel compensation may be required.
Births are reserved on a first come, first committed basis. I have the capacity to take on one in person birth client most months and I typically book 6-8 months in advance. A deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your spot.
I always ensure a back up doula for your birth in the case of illness, family emergency, etc.
General timeline: Hire at 12-20 weeks, 1st visit at 30-32 weeks, 2nd visit at 36-37 weeks. The earlier you hire me, the more time we have to build a relationship and the better I can support you!
